Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

WePrincipals follows different cancellation policies for its Products and Services.

The contract between the parties can be cancelled at any time if you are no longer interested in any services. However, the previously paid amount for any contract will NOT be refundable. It includes advanced payment for training, hosting, setup, customization, or any future product purchased through us (firm) or via our channel partner.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts department of WePrincipals through an email to Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts department The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of WePrincipals will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.

Refund Policy
WePrincipals follows different refund policy for its different services.
We do not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. WePrincipals will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and WePrincipals.  We do not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any funds spent on our services, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges non-recoverable for WePrincipals and refunding them causes any loss to WePrincipals.

WePrincipals reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
